U.S. Shipping Services
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. The following USPS services are availble: Parcel Post (5-7 business days), Priority (2-3 business days) Express (1-2 business day). Overnight delivery orders must be place by phone at 800.481.1090 and received by 12 pm ET.
International Shipping Services
Canada orders may be placed online with USPS Global Express and USPS Airmail Parcel Post shipping options available. For all other INTERNATIONAL shipments outside the USA, please phone Customer Assistance at 800.481.1090 or contact us through email. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.
Exchange and Return Policy
Aggie Hill is dedicated to customers being completely satisfied with their merchandise. We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase however if you are not completely satisfied you are welcome to return merchandise within 14 days of receipt for exchange/refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom, personalized and special orders are not returnable. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only.
Complete the return form that was included with your order and contact Aggie Hill to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please print the RA number on the return form. Returns must be in new, unworn/unwashed condition and accompanied with their original tags and invoice.
You may exchange/return items to the address below. However they must be prepaid; we regret we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Insuring your exchange/return is recommended
